The Sr. Product Analyst plays a key role in the implementation of Optum's next-generation women's health care delivery programs, with a specific focus on maternal care outcomes improvement. Optum OB Homecare provides holistic care to high-risk pregnant patients in the comfort of their home, increasing access and quality of care. This role will partner with internal stakeholders including Account Executives, Clinical Operations, Managed Care and Channel partners to scale and manage new services for high risk patients. The ideal candidate will have a background in healthcare, marketing, product management or sales with solid verbal and written communication skills. We're looking for someone with exceptional skills in problem solving, cross-team collaboration and organization.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support Product Managers in defining how the end user experience should work - translating a vision to business and operational processes and detailed requirements
  • Support Product Managers with major launches of new client implementations and/or capabilities
  • Drive the documentation and communication of the Women's Health team's product definition
  • Identify and maintain best practices, processes, and tools to support the Women's Health product management team
  • Support finance and billing with execution of client-specific activity reporting, and reconciliation
  • Support Product Managers in monitoring Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and reporting program performance, communicating status and results at a national and market level

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in implementation, client management, product management/development or consulting roles
  • Experience using Agile methods to deliver projects, able to navigate shifting scope and timelines, while setting appropriate expectations with partner team
  • Project coordination or project management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve goals in a matrix environment
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize and balance multiple demands and competing deadlines
  • Demonstrated solid client facing communication skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft, including Teams, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the health care industry, specifically with health plan customers
  • Reporting and/or data analysis experience
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively and influence others
  • Demonstrated self-motivated, team player, action and results oriented

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
