This position provides daily analytical and scheduling software management support for the Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology and is a critical technical position within the department. This position will manage the Qgenda software to ensure that faculty, fellows, residents and providers are accurately scheduled. Work closely with the Division Administrative Staff to implement SOPs related to time away, call and coverage for department activities. Work with clinic management and staff regarding space allocation ensuring the accuracy of clinic spacing and usage.

Minimum Qualifications - For full consideration, applicants are encouraged to upload license and/or certification if required of the position
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and/or a combination of experience, education and/or training
- High level experience working with computer software programs including, but not limited to: Windows, MS Office Suite, SQL, scheduling software (Qgenda/Lightning Bolt) and other data sharing software.
- Experience maintaining multiple faculty/clinic schedules simultaneously.
- Experience resolving scheduling conflicts.
- Experience working with all levels of an organization including faculty, staff, leadership and clinic staff.
- Strong analytical skills to analyze and interpret data, policies and procedures and understand impact on operations.
- Analytical skills to research and evaluate complex issues and problems and to develop effective recommendations and solutions.
- Collaborative skills to work effectively as part of a team and work cooperatively and effectively.
- Skill to assess and solve problems through creative means.
- Skill to organize and prioritize workload responsibilities while maintaining and meeting deadlines.

- Experience working with space allocation and creating template schedules.
