What to Expect
As a Financial Services Specialist, you will help manage Tesla's North American captive vehicle leasing, vehicle loan, and energy loan portfolio. Acting as a primary point of contact for customers, you will also collaborate with internal and external Tesla teams to service the portfolio. The right person for this role will be detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced dynamic environment. A successful candidate will be eager to take on responsibilities related to operational efficiency and process improvementCommunication skills are essential as you will interact with customers daily and collaborate closely with management to raise and resolve issues effectively.
What You'll Do
- Proactively contact customers daily through outbound phone calls and campaigns to collect payment
- Demonstrate strong communication skills via phone and email to guide customers through options with empathy and professionalism
- Problem-solve and offer tailored solutions based on each customer's concern
- Manage a pipeline of inbound and outbound customer tasks, including arrears outreach and complaints handling
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve cash application issues quickly
- Navigate and manage workload using multiple systems and tools
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues and communicate effectively with management to escalate and address complex issues in a timely manner
What You'll Bring
- 2+ years of professional work experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Prior experience in an administrative role or dealership
- Ability to communicate effectively with both customers and management
- Previous collections experience preferred (or a strong interest in developing this skillset)
- Experience with vehicle leases, loans, or energy products a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish, Mandarin, or French a plus

Expected Compensation
$20.80 - $36.00/hour + cash and stock awards + benefits
Pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. The total compensation package for this position may also include other elements dependent on the position offered.
