| The Metro Area Sales Manager (ASM) is a revenue-generating sales position working with a group of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and FIAT dealerships.  The Area Sales Manager (ASM) for the West Business Center must live in or near Inland Empire, CA or be willing to relocate. The ASM will serve as a liaison between the dealers and Stellantis to assist in all areas of retail development including: 
  
 Forecasting retail sales objectives by vehicle lineEnsuring the dealer orders meet market demand and managing monthly vehicle schedulingEnsure maximum production capability within the area.
 Additional responsibilities will include:  
  
 Reviewing minimum sales responsibility (MSR) and provide consultation on improvement opportunities, review, and analysis of dealer financial statements, as well as consult with dealers on areas of opportunity to improve their retail operationsEnsure that advertising and marketing initiatives are consistent with the corporate message and branding guidelines, as well as ensuring proper levels of sales satisfaction are present at all dealershipsMotivate and lead independent entrepreneurs to higher levels of performance while meeting internal goals
Basic Qualifications: 
  
 Bachelor's degree4 + years of sales or marketing experienceLives in or near Inland Empire, CA or is willing to relocate for this positionAbility to work in a fast-paced sales environmentSkilled in Microsoft Suite applicationsExperience in a new car automotive dealership environmentAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced work environmentExcel in building positive working relationshipsEntrepreneurial individual with a history of leadership and achievementSelf-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals
