What this job involves

The Process & Standards Manager plays a critical role within the Integrated Facility Management Center of Excellence, responsible for architecting, maintaining, and governing operational documentation and playbooks that drive consistency, compliance, and excellence across the organization. This position ensures that company standards are embedded in all processes through structured program management, while facilitating updates, communications, and adoption of best practices throughout the IFM functions.

Your day-to-day tasks will include:

  • Develop, maintain, and govern process documentation, SOPs, workflows, and operational standards across all IFM functions
  • Own the lifecycle of playbooks and procedural guides, ensuring timely updates, version control, and change management processes
  • Partner with subject matter experts to translate operational practices into scalable, documented processes and governance frameworks
  • Facilitate periodic reviews and audits of documentation to ensure relevance, accuracy, and compliance with company and client standards
  • Support onboarding and training initiatives by providing clear, accessible process materials and documentation
  • Collaborate with COE leaders, Delivery Managers, and field teams to drive adoption and accountability across the organization
  • Maintain centralized repositories and digital tools for documentation access, tracking, and continuous improvement initiatives

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in facilities operations, process improvement, or program management
  • Strong background in documentation governance, SOP development, and standards enforcement
  • Familiarity with CMMS platforms (Corrigo preferred) and facilities workflows
  • Exceptional writing, formatting, and communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with digital documentation tools (SharePoint, Visio, Smartsheet)
  • Detail-oriented with a structured, proactive approach to managing complex documentation portfolios
  • Proven experience in change control processes and version management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working within Integrated Facility Management or Center of Excellence environments
  • Knowledge of service delivery models and operational best practices in facilities management
  • Basic understanding of training program development and onboarding processes
  • Familiarity with audit procedures and compliance frameworks
  • Experience with stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies and process optimization
  • Understanding of centralized repository management and access control systems

Estimated compensation for this position:

140,000.00 - 155,000.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
