THE ROLE:

You will support the definition and delivery of Embedded Product Roadmaps that incorporate EPYC Embedded and RYZEN Embedded products across market segments such as Automotive, Industrial, Networking, and Storage. In this role, you will contribute to the execution of marketing activities for AMD's AI-enabled embedded technologies, helping to build awareness and reinforce AMD's leadership in the Embedded computing market.

You will collaborate closely with AMD engineering, Segment Marketing, and Sales teams to help ensure solutions are thoughtfully positioned and successfully introduced to market. In addition to supporting new product initiatives, you will assist with portfolio management activities, helping ensure existing products remain optimized and are effectively managed throughout their lifecycle. This role offers hands-on exposure to creating product value propositions, positioning, messaging, collateral, pricing inputs, go-to-market activities, sales enablement materials, and customer engagement support.

THE PERSON:

AMD is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Product Management and Product Marketing Associate to support Embedded Product solutions (Silicon, Platform, Software) within the Embedded x86 Business Unit. The ideal candidate has exposure to product lifecycle processes and a strong interest in learning product marketing and go-to-market strategies in a highly technical environment.

You are a strong communicator with a collaborative mindset and an eagerness to learn. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy supporting experienced team members while building your own skills and impact over time. This role is well suited for someone early in their career who is excited to grow within product management and product marketing.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist with maintaining Embedded Hardware and Software Product Roadmaps and ensuring documentation remains current and accurate.
  • Support segment marketing teams in developing portfolio materials and value propositions that align AMD technologies with specific segment needs.
  • Help prepare presentations, summaries, and reports for internal stakeholders and customer discussions.
  • Contribute to go-to-market activities, including drafting product positioning, messaging, and launch support materials.
  • Assist in creating marketing content such as presentations, case studies, and web updates.
  • Research and summarize AI technology and Embedded Software trends to support informed team decision-making.
  • Gather and organize competitive analysis and benchmarking information for AMD's Embedded solutions.
  • Support portfolio management tasks, including tracking product lifecycle milestones and assisting with end-of-life communications.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:

  • Exposure to product management or product marketing concepts, ideally within technology or semiconductor-related industries.
  • Familiarity with basic product documentation such as MRDs or PRDs is a plus.
  • Interest in CPU/GPU/NPU (AI) and SoC architectures, software, and market trends.
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and learn quickly in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable working in a collaborative, multi-site, cross-functional team.
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Marketing, or a related field.
