Senior Director - Indirect Tax (International) Location: U.S Remote Lead Global Tax Strategy. Drive Transformation. Empower Teams. Join us as Senior Director - Indirect Tax (International) and take ownership of our non-U.S. indirect tax strategy across a dynamic, multinational enterprise. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role where you'll lead a talented team, collaborate with senior leadership, and drive innovation in compliance, reporting, and business enablement. What You'll Do Own the Global Indirect Tax Function: Lead all aspects of non-U.S. indirect tax, including VAT, GST, HST, excise, and fuel taxes across multiple jurisdictions. Strategic Business Partner: Collaborate with the SVP Global Tax, senior executives, and cross-functional teams to align tax strategy with business goals. Drive Operational Excellence: Oversee compliance, reporting, audit management, and risk mitigation while continuously improving processes and systems. Lead Transformation: Implement and refine the global indirect tax operating model, including vendor management and technology integration. Mentor & Empower: Build and lead a high-performing international tax team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous learning. Ensure Global Alignment: Partner with the U.S. Indirect Tax Director and Income Tax teams to ensure consistency in policy, reporting, and communication. What You Bring 12+ years of progressive indirect tax experience, ideally in both public accounting and multinational corporate environments. Deep expertise in non-U.S. indirect tax regulations and compliance for publicly traded companies. Proven leadership in building and scaling high-performing teams. Strong track record of deploying tax technology solutions and driving automation, analytics, and process improvement. Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex tax issues into actionable insights for non-tax stakeholders. A proactive, strategic mindset with a passion for problem-solving and continuous improvement. Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed environments with evolving business priorities. Why Join Us?
