We're seeking a Project Manager in Nashville in to help us take vision to value and create lasting impact.
SUMMARY
As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our digital transformation initiatives. By leveraging your expertise in project management, you will lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that create lasting impact for our clients.
YOU WILL:
Develop and own the project schedule, collaborating closely with business, IT, and third-party providers to ensure appropriate resource allocation.
Forecast, manage, and report on project financials on a weekly basis.
Communicate project progress through meeting documentation, status updates, leadership meetings, and project schedules.
Manage issues, risks, and changes using established processes and tools.
Escalate to senior stakeholders with required actions and decisions.
Adhere to governance expectations and guidelines, supporting the client's software development lifecycle methodology.
Plan, lead, organize, and motivate project team members to achieve high performance and quality.
Partner with the team to determine resource allocations for projects.
Provide consultative support and advise on projects throughout the various phases.
Bring experience and best practices to the client environment.
Act as a problem-solver, facilitating and supporting decision-making with sponsors.
IDEALLY, WE'D LIKE:
5-10 years of experience as a Project Manager
Experience leading projects with a duration of 6 months to 1 year
Experience managing a team of 5-10 individuals
Solid project management skills with experience in both Agile and waterfall methodologies
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
Ability to think strategically and provide consultative advice to clients
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making capabilities
Commitment to delivering high-quality results and driving continuous improvement
