Description & Requirements The Xiao Wang group at the Broad Institute of MIT and Harvard is looking for an exceptional and energetic Operations Specialist to join a rapidly growing multidisciplinary group. The Wang Lab focuses on developing and applying state-of-the-art chemical and genomic analysis tools to charge cellular RNAs from birth to death and understand how the RNA life cycle is shaped and regulated in time and space to serve biological functions. This person will handle all administrative operations for Dr. Xiao Wang, including schedule and travel management, as well as oversight of the lab's daily operations, including budget and project management. This role requires onsite presence 4-5 days per week. The expected base salary range for this position as listed above is based on a 40 hour per week schedule. Broad provides pay ranges representing its reasonable and good faith estimate of what the organization reasonably expects to pay for a position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will vary based on factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, qualifications, and other factors permissible by law.
