This Position reports to: Finance ManagerYour role and responsibilities 1. Responsible for the financial planning of the company's overall strategy, organizing the preparation of annual budgets and rolling forecasts, supervising the execution process, conducting variance analysis, proposing improvement suggestions, and promoting cross-departmental initiatives to support strategic objectives; 2. Participate in corporate business decision-making, providing professional analysis and decision support from perspectives such as finance, capital, risk, and taxation; 3. Gain an in-depth understanding of the business model, promote the deep integration of financial management with business development, and provide data models and decision-making support for product pricing, contract review, and project decision-making; 4. Supervise the accounting work to ensure it complies with accounting standards and the group's relevant policies, while being accurate, timely, and compliant. Additionally, coordinate the annual audit process to ensure its successful completion; 5. Establish, improve, and continuously optimize the company's financial internal control system, compliance management processes, and risk control framework; 6. Lead the establishment and implementation of the company's comprehensive budget management system, oversee budget execution, and conduct variance analysis; 7. Optimize the cost control system, delve into business processes to drive cost reduction and efficiency improvement, directly enhancing the company's profit margin; 8. Actively promote the digital transformation of finance and provide a comprehensive, multi-dimensional data platform; 9. Prepare materials and coordinate work related to the company's shareholders' meeting, board of directors, and board of supervisors; 10. External Coordination Relationships: Establish and maintain good relationships with tax authorities, banks, accounting firms, and other relevant entities.
