Sr. Corporate Accountant - US

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilledSenior Corporate Accountantto join our globalconsolidations accountingteam. In this role, you will assist with theworldwide consolidation of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance withUS GAAPand the company's accounting policies. You will partner closely with finance leaders across multiple countries, perform detailed variance analysis, and present results to executive management.

The ideal candidate is adetail-oriented, analytical thinkerwith strong technical accounting expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively across cultures and time zones. You will also play a key role inprocess improvement, risk identification, and policy development, while supporting both internal and external audits. This is a high-visibility position that requiresprecision, collaboration, and a proactive approachto problem-solving.

What You'll Do:

• Assist in theglobal consolidationof monthly and quarterly financial results, partnering with local finance teams to ensure accuracy and compliance with US GAAP.

• Conductvariance analysisfor assigned countries and present findings to executive management.

• Support themonthly close process, including posting top-level journal entries and reviewingco-workers'work papers.

• Ensure proper documentation of financial data, analysis, and supporting schedules.

• Review and provide feedback on internal and external management reports and presentations.

• Performaccounting researchto guide management and subsidiaries.

• Identify risks, escalate issues, and recommendprocess improvements.

• Supportfraud detectionefforts and assist with internal and external audits.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We're Looking For:

Experience & Education:

• Required:Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.

• Preferred:Master's degree in Accounting or Finance plus CPA, CIA, or CFE certification.

• 4+ years of relevant experience, including3+ years in Big 4 public accountingor6+ years in industry.

Working Conditions

• Occasional overtime or non-standard hours as needed.

• Professional office environment.

• Some travel may be required.

• Hybrid work model if you are within 50 miles or 1 hour commute time to a TD SYNNEX office: 2 days in-office, 3 days remote per week. 3 days in-office effective January 2026. Flexibility may vary based on business needs and changes.
