Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience and/or education, and location. This position is also eligible for an annual bonus. SUMMARY The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a crucial role in supporting the talent acquisition team by optimizing and streamlining recruitment and onboarding processes and ensuring a seamless candidate experience. This position works closely with the Talent Acquisition Partners, hiring managers, and candidates to manage Notice of Vacancies (NOV), new employee onboarding, and maintain applicant tracking system. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional service. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. LANGUAGE SKILLS Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other associates of the organization. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
