Essential Functions



  1. Collects member/prospect data, analysis statements and assembles marketing collateral to aid TM Sales in preparing for appointments.
  2. Independently develop, analyze, and implement pricing proformas, proposals, presentations, and all other reporting. Responsible for data delivery including deposit, fee income, treasury analytics, account schematics, tracking sales activities.
  3. Meets with members virtually, in person or by phone to assist in the sales process and identify cross sell opportunities.
  4. Leads pre- and post-sales initiatives, including but not limited to preparing TM agreements, TM Reviews implementation and maintenance documentation.
  5. Initiates the fulfillment process and provides support in client on-boarding to ensure progress and member satisfaction. This includes initial sales setup in related systems.
  6. Assists with all audits and exam preparation, including ACH/RDC Audits as necessary.
  7. Works with members and internal parties to develop and execute appropriate product and compliance documentation. Upon the receipt of executed agreements, acts as a liaison between TM Sales and TM Support to ensure appropriate credit approvals and risk assessment forms are completed.
  8. Opens accounts, assists in Member wire origination, account maintenance, and prepares related forms as needed.
  9. Serve as primary sales contact with member service, ISC, Deposit Operations, and compliance to resolve issues, engaging appropriate members of Treasury Management as necessary.
  10. Builds product and sales training materials for internal and external parties.
  11. Research, and review competitor analysis statements and put together cost comparisons as directed. Lead for preliminary statement review, re-pricing initiatives to ensure correct pricing, including rate or product exceptions, for respective member accounts and performing system inputs of approved and new exception pricing.
  12. Educate and remedy any non-compliant customer issues in TM. Includes but not limited to ACH/RDC audit results; implement necessary changes for clients. Client plans to implement change and steps for continued non-compliance.
  13. Liaison with lenders, branch, TM support as needed. Assistance with marketing and call campaigns as needed.
  14. Ensure compliance with all regulations, policies, and procedures.

    Job Specifications



    1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or General Business, preferred
    2. 2+ years of experience in Treasury Management Sales or TM Sales Support preferred
    3. Working knowledge of Treasury Management pre-sale/post-sale processes, products, operational procedures, regulations, documentation, practices, and policies preferred.
    4. Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with professionals at all levels; adequately knows how to assemble internal teams and resources.
    5. Proven record of strong member service skills, analytical skills, interpersonal and organization skills with ability to manage complex issues and use good judgement in decision making.
    6. Strong experience in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PPT and virtual technology platform. Ability to obtain advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, and and strong analytical and quantitative skills
    7. Ability to learn new systems including treasury management platforms, online banking, CRM, referral software, etc.
    8. Possess time management, organizational and problem-solving skills with proven ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    9. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet time deadlines.
    10. Ability to make logical decisions and carry out decisions made.
    11. Ability to work effectively and non-defensively with a variety of personalities.
    12. Close attention to detail and accuracy.
    13. Maintains the highest level of confidentiality with all information obtained.
    14. Promotes the Credit Union's products and services.
    15. Contributes to the fulfillment of Credit Union goals and objectives.
    16. Ability to work in fast-paced environment and under pressure, as needed.
    17. Must have regular attendance at the job site.
