Sr. People and Program Partner

As a Sr. People Program Partner, you will be reporting into the Sr. Director, People Programs and HR Ops and will receive direction from and provide support to the HRBP Directors. You will also be working together with the team to support the Go To Market functions and general North America population, while collaborating with the wider HR & Center of Excellence teams.

What You'll Do:

  • Provide general HR support and strategic partnership to the global business, with a primary focus in North America.
  • Collaborate with the HR Operations team to ensure all items are completed in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Build relationships with HR Centers of Excellence (COE) and other HR Business Partners.
  • Leverage prior experience in supporting general HR programming, including orientation, employee relations, exit processes, policy enforcement, etc.
  • Facilitate and support roll-out of COE programs, including employee engagement survey and action planning, performance management, compensation planning, rewards and recognition programs etc.
  • Develop and implement talent management and development programs, including succession planning, leadership development, and performance management.
  • Act as escalation point for employees and people managers who need assistance with general support, querieies, policies, etc.
  • Support with the delivery of accurate and timely transactional HR processes.
  • Own position management: manage & record all changes and provide reports on a frequent basis.
  • Support absence management to minimise absence rates and promote positive colleague relations.
  • With assistance from HR Ops, manage employee relations issues to ensure fair and reasonable approach aligned to internal and statutory procedures and above all we do the right thing by our people.
  • Collaborate across HR to create and cascade global HR programs within regional client groups in a way that is culturally aligned to location but as globally consistent as possible.
  • Participate & support in local CSR & DEIactivities.
  • Utilize HR data and analytics to inform strategic decisions, measure program impact, and identify trends or areas for improvement.
  • Assist with project work as needed.
  • Support the team with any other reasonable duties as required.

What You'll Bring:

  • 3+ years of relevant Human Resources experience, preferably at a high growth SaaS/Tech company
  • Excellent Communicator. Very strong written and oral communication skills who presents information in a concise yet compelling way along with an ability to interface effectively with senior leadership. Bring to the table an ability to present ideas and points of view with a level of comfort.
  • Conflict management skills with a working knowledge of US employment laws and regulations.
  • Hands-on, roll-up-the-sleeves working style. Gets things done. A self-starter, who can execute strong project management skills and can prioritise and multi-task.
  • Strong people skills. Ability to listen and understand while relating to a variety of personalities and points of view. Accurately assess people and situations determining the best solution for the business. Skilled at teamwork and collaboration across functions.
  • Ability to quickly gain an understanding of systems, experienced with Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint as well HR systems like Workday.
  • Pragmatism and good judgment. Has a solid understanding of business models, organisations and people. Deals with situations in a logical and proactive manner. Knows when to ask for help.
  • Strong administration skills. The ability to work accurately, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and deliver results with excellence.
  • The flexibility and willingness to learn.

The US base salary range for this position is $104,000 - $156,000 base + bonus + benefits. This reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position. This position may also be eligible for bonus, and other related benefits.

Our salary ranges are determined by role, level and location. These factors and individual capabilities will also determine the individual pay offered.
