This temporary position supports the engraving area during the ecommerce peak season. The role ensures that all customer orders are processed accurately, engraved to brand standards, and shipped on time.
Responsibilities
Engraving Duties
- Receive, scan, and track inbound and outbound ecommerce orders.
- Perform QC checks for accuracy on inbound engraving requests and outbound shipments.
- Prepare watches and materials for engraving.
- Operate engraving software and machinery as needed.
- Collaborate with Customer Operations to confirm custom engraving requests or resolve order clarifications.
General Duties
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation.
- Document all service activities accurately in tracking systems.
- Support cross-training initiatives and assist in other operational areas as needed.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Effective English communication skills (verbal and written).
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Self-starter who can work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work extended hours, evenings, or weekends as business demands.
- Physical ability to perform repetitive tasks, stand for long periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) and comfort using engraving software and machinery.
- Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to collaborate across departments.
