How can you make an impact?

McGraw Hill has a dedicated service model to complement purchased professional development to our partner districts. A Project Manager ensures a high level of partnership, from district-level leadership to site-level administrators and teachers, that provides consistent, targeted support to make certain the implementation is done with fidelity, so the vision and goals of the district are met. The McGraw Hill Project Manager will provide 360-degree support to the administration, teachers, and students in the district. They will advise on McGraw Hill solutions as well as offering instructional guidance to be used in whole group, small group, and individualized settings. The Project Manager will divide their time between the district and their home office.

This is a remote position open to applicants authorized to work for any employer within the United States. This position requires 75%+ travel.

What you will be doing:

  • Lead and Scale Program Implementation: Guide goal-setting conversations, conduct site-level planning meetings, and oversee program launches across district sites with tailored implementation model recommendations.
  • Provide Continuous Site Support: Conduct visits at site, class, and grade levels while maintaining consistent communication to ensure smooth and aligned implementation.
  • Drive Instructional Excellence: Advise educators on instructional best practices, facilitate PLCs and lesson planning, and design curriculum alignments with relevant standards.
  • Model Effective Instruction: Deliver coaching sessions, classroom modeling, and demonstrate data-driven small-group instruction with customized lesson models for Special Ed, RTI, and EL students.
  • Leverage Data for Improvement: Conduct quarterly reviews, create customized data reports, and guide teams in identifying instructional and performance gaps.
  • Support Equity and Sub-Population Initiatives: Analyze data to address diverse learner needs and provide coaching on leadership data dashboards for targeted improvement.
  • Empower Leadership Teams: Manage administrator onboarding, conduct site walkthroughs and needs analyses, and develop accountability trackers that promote ownership and results.
  • Foster Engagement and Motivation: Share incentive strategies, host thought-leadership forums, and support ongoing community and family engagement initiatives.

We are looking for someone with:

  • Masters Degree Required.
  • 5+ years of experience in training educators and in leading engaging educational programs.
  • Proficient with agile tools such as Jira, Trello, and comparable platforms to plan, track, and communicate progress effectively.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills with a proven ability to manage dependencies, track multiple initiatives, and meet deadlines.
  • Experienced in risk management and issue resolution, ensuring smooth project delivery and proactive mitigation of potential roadblocks.
  • Skilled at stakeholder collaboration, working comfortably with product, technical, and business leaders across varying organizational levels.
  • Educational background in Business, Project Management, Information Technology, or related fields, with equivalent professional experience in agile program management.
  • Highly effective organizational skills, soft skills including problem-solving, conflict resolution, attention to detail, and self-motivation-fostering collaboration and driving results independently.

The pay range for this position is between $64,800-$112,700 annually. However, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and location. An annual bonus plan may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical and/or other benefits, depending on the position offered.
