What you will be doing: Set up and adjust partition and die cutter machines for scheduled production runs. Monitor equipment to ensure proper operation and consistent product quality. Inspect partitions for accuracy, alignment, and glue application. Gather, bundle, strap, and palletize finished products. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Empty trash barrels and scrap cages into dumpsters or shredders (up to 70 lbs). Perform basic maintenance, small repairs, and ensure continuous machine operation. Adhere to all plant safety procedures and report any issues immediately. What We're Looking For: Prior machine setup or manufacturing experience preferred. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability. Ability to accurately read and use a tape measure is required. Must be able to lift 40-70 lbs and stand for extended periods.
