2 Crescent Place, Oceanport, NJ 07757 Recruiter, Talent Acquisition & Innovation Approximate Compensation Range: $75,000.00 - $97,072.50 RWJBarnabas Health | Talent Acquisition & Innovation CoE Recruitment experience in IT/Technology, Corporate functions, Nursing or Allied Health required. The Recruiter will work collaboratively within the Talent Acquisition & Innovation Center of Excellence (CoE) to support the full lifecycle recruitment process across the RWJBarnabas Health system. This role is vital in helping to meet hiring goals by driving recruitment strategies, building trusted relationships, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience from application to offer. Reporting to the Manager of Talent Acquisition & Innovation, the ideal candidate will bring strong communication skills, a "closer" mentality, and a passion for finding top talent in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. As a Recruiter, a typical day might include the following: * Focusing on high-priority and hard-to-fill positions and tailoring your sourcing approach * Partnering with hiring managers to understand needs and guide hiring decisions * Building trust-based relationships with candidates and stakeholders across the system * Managing the offer process with confidence and professionalism * Communicating clearly and promptly to ensure a great experience for everyone involved * Using tools, technology, and social media to attract and engage talent * Supporting internal employees with transfers and career growth opportunities * Keeping systems and reports accurate and up to date * Representing RWJBH at career fairs, professional organizations, and networking events This role may be for you if: * You love connecting people with meaningful opportunities and thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment * You communicate with ease and build strong relationships at all levels * You stay organized and focused, even when juggling multiple priorities * You bring confidence to the offer process and follow through with urgency * You value collaboration and take pride in creating an engaging and seamless candidate experience * You work well independently, but align easily with a broader team vision * You lead with integrity and are proud to represent RWJBarnabas Health's mission and values To be considered for this opportunity, you must have proven and progressive recruitment experience. Previous experience within healthcare talent sourcing and/or recruiting is strongly preferred. We need someone adept at using a variety of recruiting technologies (ATS, CRM, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.) to source and engage talent. Previous experience working in recruiting, talent identification or research within a search firm is preferred. A Bachelors degree or higher is also preferred.
