Pay $40-$50/hour DOE Updated: 5/5/2025 EEO Job Code: Skilled Workers Join us as our new Maintenance Mechanic This position works under limited supervision and is primarily responsible for installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, diagnosing, and repairing production equipment, machinery, and building facilities ensuring optimum operation in a timely manner. This position will work at 7 on 7 off schedule with hours of 7am-3:30pm. In this role you'll make an impact by:

Working Conditions Working environment may be in a production unit and includes frequent exposures to wet, humid, dusty, or loud conditions, moving machine parts, fumes or airborne particles and caustic chemicals. May come in contact with extremely cold conditions (-55C). A company issued uniform is required to be worn along with personal protective equipment at all times. This can include coveralls, dust mask, hearing protection, hair/beard net, safety glasses, gloves, and safety shoes. Employees in this position are required to wear a full-face respirator when handling hazardous materials. Because wearing a respirator is a safety requirement, employees in this position are prohibited from having: (1) facial hair that comes between the sealing surface of the respirator and the employee's face, or (2) any other condition that interferes with the face to respirator seal. Not all facial hair is prohibited, only facial hair that interferes with the seal. Chr. Physical Demands While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand and use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to walk; sit; climb or balance; scoop; kneel; crouch or crawl; talk or hear; and use foot/feet to operate machines. Must be able to lift and/or move 50 lbs. and occasionally up to 100 lbs. (assisted). This includes repetitive bending and lifting of items to stack or dump. Must be able to work under hot or extreme cold, wet, and sometimes dusty, and loud conditions, dust mask, coveralls and, or hearing protection may be required.
