Description The Quality Reporting Specialist II role is responsible for abstracting clinical information for externally reported quality measures, reviewing information with clinicians, ensuring submission to CMS and other entities within the required timeframe, conducting periodic audits to maintain integrity of the reporting program, and supporting the creation of quality reports as requested.Required Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)
