Your Opportunity:Taylor Communications is looking for a2nd Shift Press/Print Operating Technicianto join the team at ourRadcliff, KY, facility!

Your Shift:Monday - Friday | 2:45 PM - 11:15 PM

Your Responsibilities:

* Follow detailed job instructions carefully to ensure accuracy and quality
* Set up and adjust press equipment for each run according to specifications
* Monitor product quality throughout production and make adjustments as needed
* Stay alert to equipment performance, addressing or reporting mechanical issues promptly
* Start and run jobs according to the production schedule
* Perform routine maintenance and cleaning to keep equipment running efficiently
* Meet established standards for production output, waste, and spoilage
* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, supporting smooth shift changeovers
* Complete all required production logs and paperwork accurately

You Must Have:

* Solid mechanical and technical aptitude
* Basic math skills, including the ability to read a ruler and calculate label dimensions for efficient material use
* Ability to learn and operate equipment effectively to meet production and quality standards
* Understanding of both written and verbal job instructions
* Strong communication skills and a professional attitude
* Excellent attention to detail

We Would Also Prefer:

* Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
* High school diploma or equivalent
