This leader will oversee a team of talented Product Managers building the scalable, secure, and high-performance compute and storage solutions that are the bedrock of our cloud platform. As a product leader, you will craft and shape the strategy for the future state of our cloud solutions. You will also coach, mentor, and lead a team of Product Managers responsible for the infrastructure platform, from structured to unstructured data storage solutions, distributed compute orchestration to cost optimization, auto scaling, networking and workload observability. Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is between following values: $188,000 and $282,000The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position. | |
