Institutional Transition and Restructure Specialist

The Institutional Transition and Restructure Specialist will report to the Institutional Transition and Restructure Manager and is responsible for project management related to new client transitions and existing client account restructures. The Institutional Transition and Restructure Specialist is also responsible for managing key quarterly deliverables needed to support ongoing client service activities.

What you will do:

  • Participate in client transition calls and support account opening, account closing, asset movement and other related activities as needed.

  • Participate in existing client strategy sessions to understand needs and objectives of account restructures. Identify the best path to execution. Build and manage project plans and communicate progress to stakeholders as appropriate.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including: SEI Private Trust Company, SEI's Investment Management Unit, SEI Legal, Institutional Client Reporting and Institutional Technology and Operations.

  • Maintain a schedule of key deliverables needed to support the Institutional Quarterly Investment Review process. Work with material producers, users and compliance as needed to facilitate on-time delivery of all materials

  • Drive changes in workflows, enhance team collaboration, and eliminate barriers to productivity. Refine, document and follow written procedures related to recurring customized client deliverables

  • Format materials in PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat and post to SharePoint to facilitate delivery to the team

  • Support automation efforts to bring efficiently and leverage into the client onboarding and support process

What we need from you:

  • Minimum of 3-5 years investment industry experience

  • 2 years project management experience

  • Ability to obtain SIE, Series 7, and 63 licenses post-hire
