About The Position Qualifications - Regulatory Rate Specialist Bachelor's Degree in Economics, Engineering, Business, or related field from an accredited college or university required. Master's Degree preferred. Five years of experience in analyzing complex data required. Experience involving the application of utility tariffs and policies preferred. An understanding of electric and gas utility delivery systems preferred. Experience with ratemaking and cost-causation preferred. Qualifications - Regulatory Consultant Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in Engineering, Business, Management, Governmental Affairs or Related Field required. Master's of Business Administration preferred. Seven or more years of utility or business project management related experience with at least two years of experience in tariff/policy analysis, application, or design, customer service, or product and service development required. In-depth utility industry knowledge required. Demonstrated ability to consistently exercise good judgment and develop a course of action based on logical assumptions and analysis of factual information. Demonstrated ability to effectively lead cross functional teams to create innovative solutions to complex issues. Proficiency with personal computer application required. Excellent organizational skills required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills required In addition to the above qualifications, the successful candidate will demonstrate: #LI-Hybrid Compensation Range: $69,300.00 - $168,000.00* This pay range encompasses multiple levels of the role. Career level and compensation depends upon applicant's credentials. At Ameren, base salary is one component of a competitive compensation package for employees. Our pay ranges are broad to allow for movement within our organization and to accommodate different skill sets and levels of expertise. We take into consideration a variety of factors including, but not limited to, skills, abilities, experience, education, credentials, and internal equity when determining the base salary offered. Roles are eligible for additional rewards including annual incentive payments based on individual and company performance.
