Are you a detail-oriented problem-solver with a passion for optimizing processes and driving innovation in manufacturing? We're seeking a CNC Machinist in Endicott, NY to join our dynamic team! This role plays a vital part in setting up and programming machines that power our client's production lines.

Schedules Available:

1st shift: 7:00am - 4:30pm

2nd shift: 12:00pm - 8:00pm

Pay: Up to $33/hr.

Key Responsibilities:



  • Set up and operate 3-, 4-, and 5-axis CNC machines to meet production requirements.
  • Inspect and verify parts for accuracy and quality.
  • Perform basic machine maintenance, including fluid checks and chip removal.
  • Complete routing and production log sheets accurately.
  • Move finished parts to designated areas and maintain organized workflow.
  • Suggest process improvements related to tooling, speeds, feeds, and fixture design.
  • Collaborate with programming staff to troubleshoot prototype CNC programs.


Qualifications:



  • 5+ years of CNC machining experience preferred; on-the-job training available.
  • Strong knowledge of CNC machine functions and operations.
  • Proficient in blueprint reading and use of measuring tools; able to set own tools.
  • Ability to read CNC programs and make necessary adjustments.
  • Basic math proficiency (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
  • Strong communication skills; must be able to read and write in English.
