New Journey, a Genesis10 company, is seeking a HVAC Tech for a 3 month Contract position with the potential for a contract extension or conversion. Compensation: $35.00 per hour Job Responsibilities: Maintaining and repairing HVAC units, air handling units, exhaust fans, fume hoods, fan coil units, reheat coils, and other associated mechanical equipment. Provide general maintenance basic plumbing and electrical tasks, monitor building systems, complete documentation and inventory management. Required Qualifications: High school diploma or GED 3+ years commercial HVAC experience Universal EPA certification Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics Knowledge of building automation systems Experience with CMMS Only candidates available and ready to work directly as New Journey/Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
