**About the Role**

You will step into a critical support function, directly impacting the efficiency and effectiveness of senior leaders within a vibrant consumer marketing organization. This role is essential for ensuring seamless day-to-day operations, managing complex schedules, and coordinating key events that shape the team's success. You will contribute to the rhythm of business, supporting integrated marketing efforts for new initiatives and products, and playing a vital part in a team known for its high energy and collaborative spirit.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide high-level administrative support to two General Managers, including comprehensive calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel planning.

* Proactively manage complex schedules, anticipate potential conflicts, and ensure optimal time management for executives.

* Coordinate logistics for team meetings, large-scale gatherings, offsites, and morale-boosting events, encompassing venue selection and preparation of essential materials.

* Oversee expense management for senior leaders, ensuring strict adherence to internal financial policies.

* Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders, including various business partners and program managers, to align on critical business priorities.

* Maintain the highest level of confidentiality and exercise sound judgment when handling sensitive information.

* Champion compliance with internal policies and actively contribute to a workplace culture founded on respect, inclusivity, and integrity.

**What You'll Bring**

We are looking for a professional with a proven track record of administrative excellence and a proactive, detail-oriented approach.

**Must-Have Qualifications:**

* 8-10 years of overall experience in an administrative or business support capacity, with at least 5+ years directly supporting executive-level management (such as General Managers or similar senior leaders).

* Demonstrated expertise in executive calendar management, travel coordination, event planning, and expense tracking.

* Proficiency in widely used office productivity suites and collaboration tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software, and communication platforms).

* Experience with procurement and expense management platforms.

* Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with a proven ability to deliver quick, clear, and concise responses in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail, capable of managing complex plans and schedules.

* Ability to work independently, prioritize multiple tasks effectively, and respond with urgency to evolving needs.

* A self-starter mentality with a strong sense of initiative and ownership.

* Professionalism and tact in handling confidential and sensitive matters.

* Demonstrated career stability, with a preference for candidates who have shown consistent tenure in previous administrative roles.

**Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-Have):**

* A Bachelor's degree in business administration, HR, Marketing, Communications, or equivalent practical experience.

* Experience mentoring peers and actively contributing to team development.

* Experience operating within a global, cross-functional team environment.
