Job Summary The Licensing and Compliance Specialist ensures that Interstates and its employees maintain all required electrical licenses, permits, and certifications for field operations. This role plays a critical part in maintaining regulatory compliance by managing renewals, legal requirements, and coordination between internal teams and external agencies. You'll serve as the company's go-to expert on licensing regulations, oversee compliance processes, and help shape the strategy that keeps our teams ready and certified across all markets.
