Seeking to hire a highly qualified midlevel associate with law firm experience and excellent academic credentials to join our corporate technology, outsourcing & commercial transactions practice. The successful applicant must have 3-5 years of experience in technology and/or other complex commercial transactions, have a strong background in drafting and negotiating agreements, and be an active member of the bar in the state of the Morgan Lewis office for which you are applying. Experience in outsourcing transactions is a plus. Morgan Lewis is not currently accepting resumes from search firms for this position.
