As a Senior Product Manager at Epicor, you will be at the forefront of transforming new business ideas into market-ready solutions. You will lead the strategy, planning, and execution of product initiatives from prototype to launch, ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals. You will be responsible for driving product innovation, defining requirements, and collaborating across departments to deliver impactful solutions. We are seeking applicants with strong strategic thinking, excellent communication skills, and a passion for translating technical concepts into business value. What you will be doing: Define and execute product strategy from concept through launch, ensuring alignment with business objectives Translate complex technical concepts into clear business requirements and customer value propositions Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, IT, customer service, and other stakeholders to drive product success Evaluate and refine pricing models based on ROI and customer adoption metrics Identify and manage strategic partnerships to enhance product offerings Gather, prioritize, and validate product requirements through customer and market feedback Mentor team members and contribute to the overall business planning of the division What you will likely bring: 5+ years' experience in product management with demonstrated success in launching SaaS B2B products 2+ years' experience in a specialized or industry-specific domain Hands-on experience in strategic planning and business case development Strong analytical and prioritization skills Proven ability to communicate effectively across technical and business audiences Bachelor of Science degree or equivalent experience What could set you apart: Experience with ERP SaaS platforms Background in software development or technical architecture Familiarity with cloud infrastructure, data reconciliation, system backups, and active-active architecture Product management experience in customer engagement or enterprise applications #LI-MB2 #LI-HYBRID About Epicor At Epicor, we're truly a team.
