Department Summary The Marketing and Communications Team is responsible for telling the story of the Division of Student Affairs and its departments to external and internal audiences through digital and print assets including social media, videos, ads, articles, brochures, emails, fliers, newsletters, posters, and websites. Position Overview This Student Services Assistant role cultivates core competencies in writing, editing, content creation, and audience engagement. This role requires strong communication abilities, attention to detail, and the capacity to tailor messaging across diverse platforms and audiences. This role further builds on these foundations by integrating administrative coordination, customer service, and program support, offering a broader scope of professional development and ideally complementing our collaborative work across the division. Minimum Qualifications High School Diploma. Completion of required credit hours at UNT for President's Fellows program. Demonstrated academic excellence as defined by UNT Fellows program. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities * Exceptional time management skills with demonstrated ability to balance both academic and professional responsibilities Preferred Qualifications * Be a currently enrolled undergraduate seeking their first bachelor's degree Required License/Registration/Certifications Job Duties
