Position Summary:

The Sr. Manager, Sales Distribution Operations will oversee the operational and administrative support functions essential to Broker Operations and Broker Support across the CCA footprint.
The role will serve as a critical component to broker communications, broker/agent certification, broker/agent regulatory oversight, and broker compensation. The role will have on-boarding responsibilities and oversight of third-party venders used by CCA to support broker payments or enrollment submissions. The position reports to the Senior Director, National Sales Operations to ensure the overall productivity and effectiveness of the national sales organization.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

* Manage day to day activity and functions of Sales Operations team including ensuring broker inquiries and enrollments are handled appropriately.
* Manage the Ready To sell roster process including on-going documentation and timely notification of status across all markets.
* Support the enhancement of the agent/broker onboarding program to drive the shortest possible ramp time for new agents to reach "Ready to Sell" status contribution.
* Responsible of the performance of the broker payment tool ensuring accuracy.
* Process monthly broker commissions and distribute confirmation statements.
* Oversees broker support channels, ensuring timely and accurate responses by Sales Operations team when appropriate.
* Line of sight into the broker concierge team and broker HUB, to ensure the broker community receives white glove service.
* Oversees sales related vendor contracts and partnerships (ex: SAP / Sunfire)
* Conducts annual on-boarding activities for Sunfire, ensuring the platform is at go-live status for CCA each calendar year.
* Conducts and oversees internal and external research and analytics for data driven decision-making.
* Proactively monitors and strives to maintain high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency.
* Oversees regulatory and compliance sales operations functions with State and Federal Agencies; to include but not limited to CTM tracking and OIG checks.
* Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement. Works closely with sales management to inspect sales process quality and prioritize opportunities for improvement. Assists sales management in understanding process bottlenecks and inconsistencies. Facilitates an organization of continuous process improvement.
* Works collaboratively with a cross-functional teams
* Recommends revisions to existing reports and assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed.
* Supports the oversight of the administration and use of enterprise software applications used by sales team. Evaluate new sales technology to increase sales effectiveness and productivity.
* Be a thought leader and advisor to drive growth and exceed targets.
* Lead the function focused on enabling and supporting both the direct and indirect sales organization.

Education Required:

* Bachelors or equivalent experience required

Experience Required:

* 3 or more years of experience managing sales operations and Medicare and Medicaid programs.
* 2 Years experience managing broker operations and/or support including working with broker payment tools

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

* Proven knowledge regarding Agent, broker, and other third-party requirements as outlined in guidance.
* Demonstrated experience working within and understanding State and Federal regulatory and compliance guidelines
* Demonstrated experience working within and understanding Medicare Advantage Programs
* Prior experience overseeing vendor contracts
* Salesforce knowledge and experience, experience with salesforce administrator, process improvements/support alleviating sales reps from administrative cycle tasks, sales velocity, reporting, forecasting, oversee pipeline management, ensuring enough deals are being added and nurtured.
* Proven experience in sales; experience as a sales coordinator or in other administrative positions will be considered a plus
* Good computer skills (MS Office)
* Well-organized and responsible with an aptitude in problem-solving
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
