Overview

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Responsible for leading enterprise data warehousing and integration efforts, supporting financial and HR systems, and aligning with DoD cyber workforce standards under Work Role Code 624 at the Advanced level.
* Develop and refine logical data models to support enterprise-level data integration.
* Define data interface specifications and on-line query/reporting requirements to meet mission needs.
* Use SQL to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data, optimize queries, and validate data integrity.
* Design and implement data warehouse architectures that support large-scale analytics and reporting.
* Lead legacy system data conversion efforts, including mapping, transformation, and load specifications.
* Ensure database performance tuning and data validation processes are in place for high-quality outputs.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements, business rules, and reporting needs.
* Translate business needs into technical specifications and data integration strategies.
* Apply knowledge of Working Capital Fund (WCF) operations and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems to align data strategies with Navy financial and HR systems.
* Support integration of financial, logistics, and personnel data across systems for improved decision-making.
* Apply statistical and analytical techniques to extract insights from structured and unstructured data.
* Support data governance, metadata management, and data quality initiatives.
* Advise leadership on data-driven strategies and performance metrics.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Six (6) years of professional experience in relation to analysis, design, and development related to data warehousing and integration capabilities.
* Experience with requirements developing definition and application designs in the form of logical data models, data interface specifications, on-line query and report specifications, structured query language (SQL), database performance loading specifications, and data validation specifications.
* Experience with data warehouse development and design, data knowledge acquisition, legacy conversion specifications and design of data structures/load specifications, and knowledge of Working Capital Fund and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), financial, and human resources systems methods and strategies for data warehousing.
* This position requires a T3/T3R investigation. Once contractors follow a WRC paradigm this will have a CWF designation at 624 Work Role Code with the proficiency level of Advanced.
* Must have a Secret clearance or higher depending on the contract requirements.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS:

A satisfactory background screening, negative drug test, positive references and proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States and for TTC are required.
