+ Senior Program Analyst +

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment with mission requirements and budget constraints.
* Track and monitor project status, schedules, and deliverables.
* Analyze program performance metrics and recommend improvements to schedule.
* Develop and maintain logistics plans to support lifecycle sustainment of Navy systems.
* Ensure timely delivery of equipment, documentation, and support services.
* Support the development and optimization of enterprise architecture frameworks.
* Align IT infrastructure with Navy operational goals and cybersecurity standards.
* Perform detailed cost analysis to support budgeting and financial decision-making.
* Prepare reports and briefings that translate complex financial data into actionable insights.
* Lead or support program reviews, audits, and documentation efforts.
* Collaborate with Navy personnel and contractors to ensure smooth program execution.

QUALIFICATIONS:

* Six (6) years of professional experience in relation to IT and network acquisition, analysis, planning, integrated logistics support, enterprise architecture, management support and program cost analysis.
* Must have an Interim Secret clearance or higher depending on the contract requirements.

ADDITIONAL QUALIFYING FACTORS:

A satisfactory background screening, negative drug test, positive references and proof of identity and legal authorization to work in the United States and for TTC are required.
