The successful candidate will use knowledge and related experience to coordinate business functions for the center to initiate, complete, and facilitate financial, personnel, travel, and other tasks as assigned. This position will report to the Ecology Center Business Manager. Responsibilities

College/Department Highlights The Ecology Center was created in 1966 "at the request" of the colleges of Agriculture, Natural Resources, and Science. It established a center of excellence at USU and provided grant support for USU to become the headquarters of the Desert Biome of the International Biosphere Program. The mission of the center is to promote and support research and graduate education in ecology at USU and facilitate the use of ecological research in land-management and decision-making. In practice, the center provides an umbrella to bring together faculty and students with ecology-related interests from across campus.
