Position Title: TIG Welder
Wage: $48,000 - $62,000/year Shift: 1st Hours: 6:00am - 2:30pm Are your skills not being fully utilized? Reach your maximum potential by working with QPS! QPS Employment Group has a great opportunity available for a TIG Welder at a company in South Beloit, IL. This is a direct hire position for 1st shift. Apply now! TIG Welder Responsibilities: - Perform TIG welding on stainless steel and nickel alloy components - Fabricate process piping and/or sheet metal systems - Interpret and work from shop blueprints and technical drawings - Meet quality standards aligned with ASME Section IX specifications - Collaborate with engineering and fabrication teams to meet project goals Requirements for TIG Welder: - At least one year of TIG welding experience - Proven ability to pass ASME Section IX 6G qualification - Strong understanding of shop drawings and technical documentation - Experience in process piping or sheet metal fabrication - Familiarity with P&ID drawings preferred QPS Employment Group is a full-service staffing firm comprised of dedicated and passionate people with over 50 offices throughout the United States.
