Campus Supervisor- Paraprofessional

The Richfield Public School District is currently accepting applications for a full-time Campus Supervisor- Paraprofessional at Richfield Middle School working with students in grades 6-8 for the 2025-2026 school year. The Campus Supervisor will assist the school's administration in maintaining a safe and supportive learning environment. This role focuses on positive student interactions, supervision of school spaces, and assistance in maintaining a respectful and orderly campus.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supervise the school's campus and hallways.
• Supervision of students in common spaces.
• Supporting students during transitions into and out of the school and during passing times.
• Work directly with all students to adopt behaviors that substantially increase their academic performance.
• Assist students to determine inappropriate behavior and develop appropriate actions for good interpersonal skills.

Requirements:

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Experience working in a school, youth program, customer service, safety or security setting is highly desirable.
• Bilingual Spanish/English preferred.

Pay Rate: $20.13-$22.89 (Based on education and experience).
