The Guest Relations Specialist is responsible for providing a welcoming presence and excellent service to patients, families, visitors, and staff through the information we impart, and the personal attention we give each guest. Education & Experience:

• High School Diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.

• Minimum 3 years' experience professional work experience required; health care setting preferred.

• Computer proficiency required.

• Collaborative work ethic, independent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, positive and professional demeanor with high integrity and ethics are all qualities necessary to be successful in this position.

• Available to meet the needs of the department by working additional shifts, including evenings, holidays, and weekend shifts.

• Ability to read, write, and speak Spanish preferred.

• Assist Patient Experience Manager with organization of parent events.

• Assist Patient Experience Manager with oversight of Patent Programing.

Hours:

• Rotating/Revolving Schedule.

• Weekends and Holidays on a rotating basis.
