The production team is the backbone of this operation, turning bold creative into polished, authentic work that delivers impact for clients and audiences. The Head of Production is the senior-most production leader at Studio at People Inc. This role sets the vision and strategy for how production operates across the studio, ensuring the discipline delivers both creative excellence and business impact. The Head of Production is a critical leadership role responsible for the financial health, operational efficiency, and overall execution of all production needs within the Lifestyle revenue group. This leader will own the production P&L, define the integrated production roadmap, and lead an integrated team of Producers and Content Creators to deliver campaigns on time, on budget, and at the highest standard of quality. This is a hybrid role based in New York City, with three days in-office to lead, connect, and drive production excellence across the organization. Hybrid 3x a week- New York In-office Expectations: This position is hybrid in-office, with the ability to work remotely for up to 2 days per week. Actual pay may vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to work location, experience, and performance. The range listed is just one component of People Inc's total compensation package for employees. Other compensation may include annual bonuses, and short- and long-term incentives.
