About the Team

The Enterprise Ecosystem team is part of our broader ChatGPT organization, focused on transforming ChatGPT into the operating system for work.

About the Role

We're looking for an Engineering Manager to lead the Enterprise Ecosystem team, which focuses on supporting our Ecosystem / ChatGPT as OS efforts for the enterprise. You'll drive technical execution across complex integrations, partner with cross-functional teams to ship high-impact features, and help turn ChatGPT into a powerful, context-aware assistant. Ideal candidates have strong product full-stack experience, have built enterprise products, and are excited to bring cutting-edge AI to millions of users.

This role is based in Bellevue, WA. We use a hybrid work model of 3 days in the office per week and offer relocation assistance to new employees.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead a team that is transforming ChatGPT to be the operating system for Work. You will enable enterprises to build b2b apps on top of ChatGPT, partnering with them closely to ensure we build the right primitives to build compelling, AI-first experiences.

  • You will also lead our efforts to enable enterprises to build internal agents and apps, enabling ChatGPT to supercharge workflows and productivity.

  • Partner with product, design, and research to define and deliver high-impact user experiences that blend LLMs with real-world tools.

  • Drive technical execution and system design across complex integration surfaces and auth flows.

  • Break down ambiguous product ideas into clear, iterative milestones and roadmaps.

  • Grow and support a high-performing, collaborative team with a strong engineering and product culture.

  • Ensure privacy, security, and trust are foundational to all experiences.

  • Contribute to team strategy and help define the future of connected intelligence with GPT.

You might thrive in this role if you:

  • Have 4+ years of engineering management experience leading product or full-stack teams.

  • Have a strong technical background (backend, frontend, or full-stack) and a track record of building enterprise products.

  • Are data-savvy and comfortable using A/B testing, analytics tools, and experimentation to guide decision-making.

  • Are passionate about bringing cutting-edge AI to millions of users through real-world applications.

  • Have experience building or scaling platforms for third-party developers (a plus).
Have worked in both startup-like and mature engineering environments, and can balance speed with quality and rigor.
