Quality Auditor / Field Engineer (Remote)
Responsibilities The Quality Auditor Remote position is responsible for performing quality audits and regulatory compliance monitoring in manufactured home plants or other factory-built housing environments. During the audits, this position evaluates the effectiveness and adequacy of third-party agencies that oversee quality assurance programs and determines construction compliance with the code. This remote position requires travel nationwide, as much as 80% of the time, to conduct these field-based audit activities. A typical work week entails traveling to the audit site on Monday and returning home on Friday. The Quality Auditor primarily receives directions from the Project Manager. The Quality Auditor may, from time-to-time, be asked to take a lead role in providing other services such as inspections, research, or similar technical services relevant.
