The Claire Trevor School of the Arts (CTSA) at the University of California, Irvine creates transformative experiences through an interconnected, diverse, and innovative community of artists and scholars.

Your Role on the Team

Under general supervision, independently serves as cutter/draper and stitcher in the production and assembly of costumes for mainstage productions for the Claire Trevor School of the Arts and the New Swan Theater Festival. Duties include: draping and patterning costumes, cutting of costumes, conducting fittings for performers, costume construction, and supervising and instructing students on basic costume construction techniques, as well as assisting with day to day show needs. Ability to work with multiple and competing production deadlines and work as part of a team in contributing to a safe and orderly work environment.
