Marvell's Central Engineering Group are seeking for engineering position related to mixed-signal applications with PHY SerDes supporting up to 224 Gb/s data rates. Marvell's Central Engineering Group is responsible for the generation of differnt IP's that are used in the different Marvel''s Business Units for different product devices targeted to different applications in the end-customers system products. The engineer will be part of the CE Applications team with the role of actual silicon device testing and bench validation of the IP's as required for initial IP development and product devices technical supporting.What You Can Expect Support internal team on testing and system level debugging. Analyze bring up, debug, and characterize silicon level Marvell's internal IP's such as High-Speed SerDes, USB, PLL/DLL, and ADC for various Marvell products. Evaluate and debug new features in PHY, develop driver firmware, collect performance data, and resolve application and production issues including Ethernet, SAS and PCIe products. Provide direct technical support to different Marvell Business Units and work with them to review designs, discuss questions and help tune performance to meet system requirement. Work includes but not limited to develop and execute bench level validation test plans, develop script in Python, VBA, MATLAB to automate testing, generate appropriate test report and write application notes. Provide technical support to Marvell Business Units for resolving all technical issues and for furnishing collateral documentation related to technical matters. Act as a primary technical interface between the Central Engineering and Business Units. Wage range: $160,000.00 - $190,000.00 per year. What We're Looking For Master's or foreign equivalent degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Computer Science/Engineering, or a related field and two (2) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation. Experience must include one (1) year with each of the following: * Bench level validation and debugging.
