Description We are seeking an AR/AP Specialist to join our Finance team. This entry-level role is ideal for candidates with a background in finance or accounting, either through an Associate's degree or equivalent work experience. The Specialist will handle day-to-day accounts receivable and payable tasks, support bookkeeping, and assist with financial operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to cross-train with our current Specialist and eventually grow into a more senior role such as Accountant or Junior Controller. -Process accounts receivable and accounts payable transactions accurately and timely -Assist with general bookkeeping and financial record maintenance -Support month-end and year-end closing processes -Collaborate with other departments on cross-functional accounting projects -Learn and support higher-level accounting tasks as needed -Utilize SAP for financial data entry and reporting Skills Sap, accounts payable, accounts receivable, accounts payable/receivable, bookkeeping, financial reporting, excel Top Skills Details Sap,accounts payable,accounts receivable,accounts payable/receivable,bookkeeping Additional Skills & Qualifications -Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience) -1-2 years of AR/AP or bookkeeping experience preferred -SAP experience is a strong plus -Ability to work independently and collaboratively -Strong time management and problem-solving skills Experience Level Entry Level Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
