The Sr Project Administrator, Physical Security Technology, is a member of UnitedHealth Group's (UHG) Corporate Security team. The Corporate Security group is responsible for the Workplace Security Program that ensures the protection of the company's global workforce and physical assets through security risk management platforms. The Sr Project Administrator will be responsible for managing the intake of physical security technology project requests and gathering baseline information on each project, including coordination amongst the global/regional Physical Security Technology Leads, while ensuring project execution is completed. This role will work with site security install project teams, coordinating the design and timely completion of physical security technology deliverables as well as ensuring Corporate Security standards are discussed and implemented on all security projects. This role will be based remotely within the United States and will report into Global Security Operations/Physical Security Technology team.

You'll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely * from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manage and respond to all new security technology project intake requests
  • Coordinate security technology projects and deliverables across the global program/enterprise
  • Host daily project coordination meetings with security technology and security integrator teams
  • Respond to project manager requests for status updates
  • Participate in weekly site security install project meetings
  • Provide team updates related to individual project status and challenges
  • Approve security designs and ensure design standards are correctly applied
  • Track and report metrics related to project deliverables related to documented Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
  • Collect and report on data that leads to average realized project costs by device
  • Provide change management and communication project deliverables
  • Assign and hand-off projects to National Project Managers (NPM)
  • Manage post project surveys to collect customer satisfaction ratings
  • Identify and implement improvements to the site-based project process
  • Facilitate the access card and photo ID setup for security technology project install teams

Required Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of relevant experience related to physical security
  • Solid communication and interpersonal skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Blue Beam and CAD
  • Experience with physical security design
  • Demonstrated experience with Access Control and Video Management Systems

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $71,200 to $127,200 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
