Now, we are looking for an Executive Assistant to provide high-level support to our CEO and CFO and help shape what comes next for an iconic American brand.

Responsibilities

Executive Support
* Manage and optimize complex calendars, ensuring time is aligned with strategic priorities
* Schedule and coordinate meetings, board sessions, investor calls, and offsites
* Prepare briefing materials, agendas, decks, and follow-ups for key meetings
* Screen and prioritize communications and requests with sound judgment
* Handle confidential information with care and professionalism
* Provide logistical support for travel, including transportation, lodging, and meals
* Organize executive team meetings and events
* Ensure travel and expense reports are processed accurately and on time

Operational and Strategic Support
* Partner with the CEO and CFO on cross-functional initiatives and special projects
* Track action items, project milestones, and deliverables to ensure timely completion
* Assist in preparing executive reports, financial summaries, and presentations

Internal and External Communication
* Serve as liaison between executives and internal teams, board members, investors, and partners
* Draft and edit correspondence, ensuring clarity and timeliness
* Manage sensitive communications with discretion and professionalism

Administrative Excellence
* Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
* Support office coordination and internal events as needed
* Assist with company-wide activities, including all-hands meetings and quarterly business reviews

Skills and Experience

* 5+ years of experience supporting C-level executives, ideally in a fast-paced or growing organization
* Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proactive, adaptable, and detail-oriented with strong follow-through
* Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office/O365 and related productivity tools
