Position Summary The Vice President, Strategy and Growth for OCMC/Saddleback is the executive leader responsible for setting, validating, and driving the strategic priorities and operational alignment across the hospital and its aligned medical foundation. Reporting to the Chief Strategy Officer, this role acts as the on-site strategic owner, translating MemorialCare's growth vision into actionable, localized plans that drive market share, financial performance, and clinical excellence for the assigned campus. This role focuses on strategy, service line optimization, market analysis, operational alignment, and performance governance for the campus, working in close matrix partnership with the system-wide Business Development team, which holds accountability for external deal execution and physician liaisons. *Placement in the pay range is based on multiple factors including, but not limited to, relevant years of experience and qualifications.
