What We're Looking For:

We're hiring a Senior Estimator to join our preconstruction team. If you're experienced in commercial estimating and want to be part of a solid company where your expertise makes an impact, we want to hear from you!

What You'll Do:

• Prepare detailed, accurate estimates for drywall, framing, plaster, and other wall systems.
• Review plans and specs to define scope and costs.
• Create quantity take-offs, pricing, and proposals.
• Work closely with project managers, architects, and engineers.
• Track cost trends and build competitive bids.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors.
• Help identify cost-saving opportunities and potential risks.
• Support and mentor junior team members.

What You Bring:

• A degree in Construction Management or a related field
• 5+ years of commercial estimating experience in drywall, framing, plaster, and other wall systems required
• Solid construction knowledge and a sharp eye for detail.
• Experience with estimating software (OST, Bluebeam, etc.).
• Strong math, organization, and communication skills.
