Global Account Manager ECE Sales

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic sales professional who has extensive experience in working with enterprises and a proven track record of developing and expanding Enterprise Campus Edge solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the OT (Operational Technology) environment, with a proven track record of working with top-tier technology or Private wireless companies to deliver digital transformation solutions using Nokia's competition in Private Wireless and industry ecosystem partners.

This role requires a visionary leader with exceptional business acumen, a deep understanding of enterprise edge networking, and the ability to build and sustain high-impact relationships with key stakeholders within Fortune 500 enterprise customers.


  • Strategic Account Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with CXOs and other senior decision-makers in the top-tier industry, serving as a trusted advisor to align digital transformation initiatives with their strategic goals.
  • Ecosystem Expertise and Collaboration: Develop a deep understanding of the digital-transformation ecosystem, including key players, partners, and emerging technologies, to identify opportunities and deliver integrated solutions.
  • Consultative Selling and Value Creation: Drive sales through a consultative approach, engaging with stakeholders across markets to identify customer pain points, propose tailored solutions, and demonstrate value in digital transformation strategies.
  • Pipeline and Revenue Management: Oversee a global sales pipeline, ensuring accurate forecasting, achieving revenue targets, and executing a strategic sales plan that aligns with organizational goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams-including marketing, product, engineering, and delivery-to ensure seamless execution of solutions and continuous alignment with customer needs.


You Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in business development, sales, or strategy roles in selling solutions to enterprise companies at a CXO level
  • A track record of reaching and exceeding challenging goals
  • Extensive experience with Nokia processes and products along with competitive products and offerings
  • Experience in connectivity, private wireless, and edge computing solutions.
  • Excellent relationship building skills and ability to develop strong working relationships across multiple organizational function
  • Strong decision-making and critical thinking ability; able to develop unique methods of analysis where traditional methods do not yield results
  • Strong grounding and passion for the newest technology and industry trends
  • Excellent collaboration and communications skills, both orally and written with the ability to evangelize both internally and with the market.

    MBA degree along with prior experience with Telecom Industry.
