Job Summary:

Revance is hiring a Manager of Sell In, reporting to the Executive Director of Sales. This person will play a critical role on our Consumer Skincare Sales Team, developing and executing all key growth retail sales strategies, tactics and action plans required to achieve targeted territory goals.

Salary Range: *$50,000-$78,000 annually + performance bonus

*the final salary offered will depend upon factors that may include but are not limited to the quality and length of experience, education and geographic location.


Responsibilities/Essential Duties:



  • Responsible for assisting Executive Director in maintaining sales and shipping targets within territory through operational and tactical support at each retail partner.
  • Opportunity to lead sell-in duties and be accountable for certain aspects of assigned retailers to meet strategic needs, including P&L management and relationship building.
  • Responsible for order management, working closely with order portal and retail portals and the Sales/Ops teams to ensure all orders are processed and shipped on time.
  • Responsible for allocation, order and inventory management of samples for assigned accounts.
  • Support forecasting and tracking of sell-in initiatives at key accounts, including analyzing business to understand ROI of specific program (e.g. COOP Advertising, GWPs, Sampling).
  • Assist in planning retailer marketing calendar to help achieve financial objectives.
  • Assist in management of financial budgets covering all aspects of the business with a strong understanding of the P&L.
  • Ad hoc tasks as needed to support the overall business.



Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of Sell-In experience, ideally with key specialty retailers.
  • Strong analytical skills, detail oriented and possess the ability to handle multiple priorities.
  • Strong working knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.



Preferred Qualifications:




  • Able to work with cross-functional teams to establish efficient processes and communications.
  • Experience managing external partners, budgets and timelines.
  • Resourcefulness and excitement to be on the front lines to drive sales and achieve and exceed monthly sales plans.
  • Understanding of current market and competition.
